About Dr. Natalie Chua
Dr. Natalie Chua graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery. Subsequently, she received her specialist traineeship at Kandang Kerbau Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She also holds the Membership of the Royal College of O&G, London (MRCOG).
She is a caring, dedicated, and passionate obstetrician-gynaecologist who aspires to provide the best obstetric and gynaecological (O&G) services to her patients. Sporting a pleasant demeanour and open, honest communication, she has helped and supported many women with their O&G needs.
Dr. Chua specialises mainly in obstetric care, which includes preconception health screening, antenatal care and delivery. She also specialises in gynaecological cancer screening and prevention, and the management of common gynaecological problems.
Dr. Chua has a firm belief in nurturing both doctors as well as parents. To this end, she has helped develop aspiring O&G trainees to display the same level of care and professionalism she exhibits. Professionally, she was an elected Council Member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore (2010 to 2015), served as the Chairman of the 12th and 13th Regional MRCOG Preparatory Course for aspiring gynaecologists, and was the O&G representative for the Association for Breastfeeding Advocacy (ABAS) from 2011 to 2013.
For her outstanding contributions, she was honoured with the Excellent Service Award by SingHealth in 2010, and was accorded a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2013.
